Our client, an AMLAW 50 law firm with a highly regarded corporate practice, is seeking to hire an associate with 2 years of experience to join their Orlando office. The hired associate will work on a variety of general corporate and commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions, financing for private and public companies, corporate governance, securities offerings, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Previous experience in two or more of these areas is required.
