Responsibilities

We are seeking a Dispatcher Supervisor to join our high-energy, fun, and fast-paced work environment! This role is responsible for scheduling driver routes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries, and overseeing the dispatch team to maintain smooth daily operations. We’re looking for dynamic, career-minded individuals who are ready to lead and grow within our team.

• Schedule and coordinate driver routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/distribute runs to drivers
• Ensure drivers count money collected and accurately note delivery times on bills
• Collaborate with Parts Pullers to ensure deliveries go out correctly
• Assist drivers with routes and resolve any issues they encounter on the job
• Provide status updates to customers over the phone in a professional and courteous manner
• Supervise and support the dispatch team by training new dispatchers, resolving escalated issues, and managing daily workflow
• Monitor performance and ensure dispatch operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Work closely with other supervisors and departments to streamline operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Time management skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors
• Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.
• 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
