Responsibilities
We are seeking a Dispatcher Supervisor to join our high-energy, fun, and fast-paced work environment! This role is responsible for scheduling driver routes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries, and overseeing the dispatch team to maintain smooth daily operations. We’re looking for dynamic, career-minded individuals who are ready to lead and grow within our team.
- Schedule and coordinate driver routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/distribute runs to drivers
- Ensure drivers count money collected and accurately note delivery times on bills
- Collaborate with Parts Pullers to ensure deliveries go out correctly
- Assist drivers with routes and resolve any issues they encounter on the job
- Provide status updates to customers over the phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Supervise and support the dispatch team by training new dispatchers, resolving escalated issues, and managing daily workflow
- Monitor performance and ensure dispatch operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Work closely with other supervisors and departments to streamline operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
- Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors
- Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.
- 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
