We are a leading manufacturer of vacuum and air melt investment castings in Nickel and Cobalt-based superalloys, specializing in small to medium-sized castings for the aerospace, industrial gas turbine, and commercial markets. Our state-of-the-art facility in Oxford, Alabama, is one of our largest sites, employing approximately 210 team members committed to excellence in manufacturing and customer satisfaction.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of critical customer programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in manufacturing or aerospace and a proven track record of managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Oversee all stages of project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
- Customer Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications.
- Ensure alignment of project goals with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Facilitate team meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Drive initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiencies.
- Implement best practices to optimize workflow and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing, aerospace, or related industries.
- Familiarity with investment casting processes and superalloys is a strong plus.
- Skills and Certifications:
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
