The Pattie Group is looking for a talented individual to join our Administration Team as a Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and is capable of achieving results in a very fast-paced and changing environment. We are looking for a Contract Administrator who will embrace our culture and add to it. This is a challenging yet fun position for someone who has a desire to learn and grow.
Contract Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Job Duties:
- Answer phones, take new leads, direct calls
- Critical data entry for job tracking
- Apply payments to invoices
- Report generation
- Review the progress of jobs
- Maintain record management systems (physical and digital)
- Maintain departmental workflow
- General office filing
Weekly Job Duties:
- Prepare client statements and mail
- Make calls or write letters when necessary to clients regarding outstanding balances
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Account reconciliation
Monthly Job Duties:
- Process client billing and mail
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, CRM software
- Previous contract processing experience required
- 2 or 4-year degree in Business, Accounting, or related experience.
- Exceptional organization & communication skills (written & verbal).
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to dive in and try new things.
- Great at multi-tasking and prioritizing.
