NOW HIRING: MDS Coordinator
Essential Job Functions:

Oversee and manage the MDS assessment process for residents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans.

Monitor resident status and update assessments as needed, ensuring quality documentation and timely submissions.

Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to optimize resident outcomes and quality of care.
Minimum Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Florida.

Prior experience with MDS 3.0 assessment and care planning in a long-term care or nursing home setting.

Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with residents, families, and team members.
