NOW HIRING: MDS Coordinator

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee and manage the MDS assessment process for residents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor resident status and update assessments as needed, ensuring quality documentation and timely submissions.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to optimize resident outcomes and quality of care.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience with MDS 3.0 assessment and care planning in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
• Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with residents, families, and team members.
