- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents’ health and document changes in condition.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Provide support and guidance to nursing assistants.
- Respond promptly to residents’ needs and communicate effectively with families and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
- Prior experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
