- Oversee the MDS process, ensuring accurate and timely assessments.
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) with planning, organizing, and directing nursing services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Monitor quality assurance programs to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
- A current and valid RN license in Ohio.
- Experience with MDS 3.0 assessments or prior ADON experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
