Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
- Help residents with mobility and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Monitor and document residents’ health and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Follow care plans and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Caregiver Qualifications:

- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required (training available).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and assisting residents with mobility.
- Must pass a background check and meet state health requirements.
