Our Residential Treatment Center holds two 12-bed units and one 10-bed unit for youth ages 10 – 18 who require long-term treatment for severe and chronic psychiatric disorders. We are dedicated to working with our residents and their families to develop specific behavioral plans to help patients successfully transition to a less restrictive therapeutic environment.
Position Summary:
The Administrator of the Residential Treatment Center is responsible for overseeing all components of the center, including directly leading the Director, Program Manager, and the clinical staff. This role will have constant communication with DCFS to ensure all licensing regulations are followed.

The Pavilion’s Residential Treatment Center provides separate units for male and female patients, and offers psychiatric and trauma specializations that include the following components:
- Psychiatric evaluation and comprehensive assessment
- An individualized treatment plan
- Individual, family and group therapy
- Medication management and education
- Discharge planning and aftercare coordination
- 24-hour nursing care

Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work or a related field, Illinois Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), previous experience leading a team, Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and trauma principles.
