The PCA Group of Companies is currently seeking a dynamic Business Planning Analyst to round out our BEAUTYSPACE Team in Manhattan.
The purpose of this position is to support the Business Planning Analyst in commercial planning, developing and driving accountability towards sales, receipt, and stock targets that optimize sales while reducing costs and risks. Key responsibilities include weekly trade analysis, assistance in forecasting, tracking of key inventory movements, and processing of charges related to operational agreements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Produce and distribute weekly inventory reporting, ensuring data accuracy
- Identify opportunities and highlight risks in inventory in accordance to KPI targets and trade trend
- Coordinate issuance and tracking of RTVs, collaborating with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure RTVs are processed and reconciled in a timely manner
- Compliance Management – Monitor and drive accountability towards vendor shipping standards, documenting out-of-stock, and late, short, and cancelled order rates
- Assist with gross sales, receipt, and inventory forecasting at customer, channel, and brand levels
- Support management of OTB process
- Partner with finance to reconcile retailer and brand operational charges
- Administer monthly chargebacks for customer returns, damages, and testers

Job Requirements
- Advanced Excel Skills – Previous experience manipulating data and building reporting templates
- Previous Retail experience in Buying or Planning (Inventory or Merchandising)
- Knowledge of multi-branded and multi-channel business
- Analytical with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mind set and self-motivated
- Solutions oriented – adaptable and driven to improve processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal across varying levels of management
- Excellent planning and organizational skill to deliver against multiple projects and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
