Position: Shipping Controller
Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliant import and export activities
- Manage export license applications
- Own courier and freight forwarder relationships
- Stay updated on US customs and international trade compliance regulations
- Develop and maintain auditable shipping and logistics processes
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all shipping and logistics issues to the business
Requirements:
- Experience in a logistics, shipping, export, or trade compliance role
- Experience with shipping and export licenses and documentation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the freight forwarder and courier landscape
Compensation:
- Salary: $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits available on the first of the month after 60 days
