The Peace Rose Montessori School seeks an accomplished professional to lead our aftercare program, focusing on delivering high-quality educational experiences for preschoolers.

This role demands strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure the effective operation of the aftercare program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff members.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging activities and curricula for preschoolers, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Collaborate closely with daytime teachers, the director, and parents to ensure seamless transitions between morning and afternoon activities.
• Monitor children's behavior and development, sharing relevant information with parents and staff members.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth among preschoolers.
• Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, or health issues, keeping parents and the Program Director informed.
• Manage time-off requests and scheduling changes for Aftercare staff, keeping the director updated.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a preschool setting (ages 3-6).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
