The Pearl Beach Inn, located on the beautiful Manasota Key, has recently reopened, and we’re excited to expand our team! We are currently seeking one motivated and dedicated full-time employee to assist in both the front office and housekeeping. This unique role offers a chance to contribute to the daily operations of our charming beachfront motel. Responsibilities
Front Desk
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of all guest information and payment processing.
- Manage reservations and provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
Housekeeping
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure bathrooms are cleaned, restocked with toiletries, and all surfaces are disinfected.
- Change bed linens and towels, and replace or arrange items in the room as needed.
- Ensure all hotel rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues in rooms and common areas to the supervisor.
- Empty trash bins, vacuum carpets, and clean windows and mirrors.
- Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when items need to be replenished.
- Clean and sanitize public areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms.
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or special cleaning needs promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are respected at all times.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assist with laundry services, including folding linens and towels as needed.

Skills
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Knowledge of English language
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
