We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. Duties
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.
- Manage production planning activities to meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing, to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Monitor inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Utilize data analysis tools such as Power BI to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the supply chain.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
Skills
- Proficient in SAP for supply chain management operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including logistics, inventory control, and production planning.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using tools like Power BI for informed decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing processes and reducing waste.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in fabrication processes is a plus.
