Our busy Corporate Office is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Group Sales Coordinator to join our team. We're looking for an energetic professional capable of coordinating group sales and inquiries into the Corporate Office. The Administrative Assistant/Group Sales Coordinator must be a self-starter who can work well under pressure, adhere to the company's policies, and make decisions on their own without constant supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and Assisting visitors
- Coordinating group reservations
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate department
- Responding to customer e-mails
- Filing paperwork
- Assuring all new hire paperwork is received and properly filed
- Assist bookkeeper
- Other similar tasks to be communicated upon invitation to interview
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Proven clerical and office management experience
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
