Our local agency is growing and we are looking for a quality candidate to help with new account acquisition and existing account management. A Day in the Life

A typical day in the life of a Relationship Manager is often busy and involves a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Here's a summary of what a day in your life might look like:

  • Effective Prospecting: Identifying and engaging with potential business clients, paving the way for fruitful partnerships and increased sales.
  • Client Meetings: Meetings with existing or potential clients. During these meetings, we discuss the insurance needs of the client's business, assess risks, and provide recommendations for appropriate insurance coverages.
  • Proposal Prep: Based on our research and analysis, we prepare customized insurance proposals for potential clients.
  • Servicing Clients: We maintain strong relationships with our clients and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Networking and Business Development: Engage in networking activities to expand your client base. We also explore partnership opportunities with other businesses and professionals to enhance their service offerings.
  • Administrative Tasks: Like any other profession, administrative tasks are part of a Relationship Manager’s routine.
  • Continuing Education: Our Relationship Managers dedicate time to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Collaboration with Colleagues: We work together to address complex client needs, as well as share insights and expertise.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
