RD/LIHTC apartment complex hiring for Part Time Site Manager. Must be organized, have basic math skills, be able to operate office equipment to include fax, computer, scanner, copier and adding machine. Experience a plus but not required. Must be able to pass credit and background screening along with a drug test. Must have a Driver's License and Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned property
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Advertise and market vacant apartments to attract tenants
- Collect accounts receivable and manage operating expenses
Skills
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
