JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Pennsylvania State University is seeking to hire part-time help!
Perform root cause, gap, and statistical analyses, identify risks and develop mitigation plans, interview stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and verify requirements (high-level and detailed), and design wire frame mockups, generate functional and technical specifications and document user experience specifications. Use Lean techniques to improve processes and business designs. Conduct solution comparisons to evaluate, select, and optimize best solutions.
