JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Penn State Human Resources is seeking an Academic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be a trusted partner on the academic hiring process. The role will focus on supporting units and search committees on the job posting, advertising, visa, background check and hire processes.

The Academic Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the following :

Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree plusone yearofrelevant experience,or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
