**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring efficient food delivery and excellent customer service in our establishment. **Duties:** - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately - Collaborate with servers to ensure all customer needs are met - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to enhance customer satisfaction - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly **Experience:** - Previous experience in a customer service or guest service role preferred - Basic knowledge of food handling and food safety practices - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food preparation processes is a plus - Experience working in a kitchen environment or with Aloha POS system is beneficial Joining our team as a Food Runner offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the restaurant industry, develop customer service skills, and work in a dynamic team environment.
