At PENTA, a Recruiter will:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide guidance on market trends, hiring strategies, and best practices.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct thorough screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding:
- Represent PENTA in a professional and engaging manner, showcasing our culture and values.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to strengthen our employer brand.
- Process Management:
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and improve recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.).
- Department Support:
- Perform special assignments as needed to support the Human Resources team.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
