The People Co. is looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Dunmore, PA facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes. This includes leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, conducting regular machine inspections, and performing routine and emergency repairs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
This role requires strong technical skills, as you will be working with a variety of equipment and systems. You will need to be able to read and interpret technical documents, including equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Experience with stick welding for repairs and fabrication is also required.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within a mechanical or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage, and experience with HVAC/R systems and industrial mechanics are essential.
