Responsibilities
- Work primarily in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group.
- Handle capital markets transactions, corporate restructurings, fund formation, and strategic partnerships.
- Advise on private equity and venture capital investments.
- Assist clients with a range of general corporate matters.
- Work collaboratively with a talented team of attorneys and participate in business development activities.
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials.
- 2-4 years of corporate experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and ideally capital markets experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Utah bar admission or the ability to become licensed in Utah.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred.
