• JD from a ranked law school.
• 10-15 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience.
• Portable book of business min $500k
• Expertise in M&A, Private Equity, and Corporate Governance.
• Proven business development skills and some portable business.
• Admission to the bar in the state of residence.
