Intellectual Property Litigation Associate – 2-5 Years of Experience, $235-365K

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their growing IP Litigation team. This is a unique opportunity with a leading law firm offering a collaborative and inclusive environment. The position is open to candidates in Austin, Chicago, or Washington, D.C..

The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of IP litigation, including court submissions, discovery, motions, expert opinions, and trial work.

A graduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering, or material sciences is strongly preferred. Industry experience in semiconductors, computers, networking, or software is a plus.

Candidates must be barred and in good standing in the state in which they practice. USPTO admission is preferred but not required. Strong analytical skills, writing ability, and an excellent academic record are critical.
