- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and related documentation.
- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients, collaborating closely with senior attorneys and client teams.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, producing high-quality written work to support transaction goals.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically in private equity and M&A.
- Strong academic credentials, with a demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Client-focused, team-oriented approach to legal work.
