Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced sales professional to join our team as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships that advance our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives that drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that support sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
