Responsibilities

*Provide customer service to our members and customers *Greet members and customers as they enter the facility *Provide information about the gym, rates, classes, and amenities; checking in members and verifying memberships. *Collecting payments, updating members records, handling questions about members account *Handle telephone calls including taking messages, checking voicemail, and transferring calls *Prepare shakes/juices for members and customers *Perform light cleaning to maintain a clean and healthy environment, both behind and in front of the counter. *Maintain adequate stocks of merchandise
