Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in member information.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about gym services and responding to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
