Patient Care Representative needed for our High-risk OB/GYN office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be highly energetic with a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated and a team player. Pay is commensurate with experience. Company offers excellent benefit package which includes holiday pay, paid time off, medical/dental/vision/401K/Life.
Position responsibilities: Check patients in/out; answer multiple phone lines; insurance verification; convey information to patients verbally in person or on the phone as well as through email and faxes; collect revenues by entering services, charges, computing bills and obtaining payments.
Previous medical office experience is a plus but not required.
