Track Foreman
Location: New Orleans, LA and Surrounding Areas
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage crews responsible for railroad track construction, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Coordinate daily activities of on-site crews, ensuring adherence to schedules and project milestones.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between supervisors, clients, and construction staff.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel on the job site.
- Ensure all required documentation is maintained accurately.
