Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Director with a strong background in development, architecture, and analysis to lead our Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, system architecture, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and optimizing CRM systems to align with company objectives.
Open to candidates in Louisiana, Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston, and Washington DC
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Salesforce to optimize business operations and enhance customer engagement.
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that support sales, marketing, customer service, and other key business functions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, architects, and analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Drive user adoption through training, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Salesforce security, compliance, and data governance best practices are met.
- Stay current on Salesforce updates, emerging trends, and best practices to recommend new features and enhancements.
- Manage Salesforce-related budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party applications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or solutions engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
- Proven experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across departments.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices, including Apex, Lightning Components, and API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flows, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Expertise in system architecture, data modeling, and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
