Our client, a clean energy leader in its sector, is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to advise on and manage project finance, capital markets and banking transactions. Working closely with the finance and treasury teams, this role will assist with structuring and negotiating various loan and security agreements, indentures and credit agreements, along with related documentation, and assist with other corporate matters such as contract compliance.
Applicants must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Five to eight years of experience advising on project finance, banking and/or bond transactional matters, preferably in the energy sector.
• Ability to work independently as well as with business team members and external counsel in a fast-paced and dynamic multi-project business environment.
Salary : $280,000 - $340,000
