We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office schedules, including calendar management for executives and staff.
- Oversee the use of QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on office procedures.
- Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
- Manage phone systems to ensure efficient communication within the office.
- Assist with various clerical tasks as needed to support the team.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with schedule management tools and techniques is essential.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
