Qualifications
- Extensive experience in inventory management and food preparation
- Strong skills in food service and kitchen management
- Proven ability in restaurant management and catering
- Leadership and team management experience, particularly in fine dining settings
- Knowledge of dietary department operations and banquet experience
- Familiarity with bartending is a plus
