We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, ideally in a law firm or similar professional services setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are key to managing projects effectively across IT and various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets. Track progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders and act as the main point of contact between IT, business units, and vendors.
- Project Management Tools: Use tools like MS Project or Smartsheet to track progress and maintain detailed documentation.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential risks early on and create strategies to resolve challenges before they impact the project.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and on track with goals. Foster a collaborative environment and guide team members.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools like MS Project and Smartsheet.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work independently under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with legal technology and software implementations.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis in project management.
- Understanding of IT systems and infrastructure in a law firm environment.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
