The Phoenix Recovery Center is seeking a full-time Client Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
This role is vital in supporting clients across all levels of care, ensuring a safe, structured, and healing
environment. The ideal candidate is task-focused, experienced in behavioral health, and passionate about
supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (some flexibility required)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent support to clients, ensuring access to all services offered by The Phoenix Recovery
Center.
- Uphold professional boundaries while fostering a compassionate and therapeutic atmosphere.
- Conduct weekly support appointments for case management purposes.
- Facilitate or assist in psychoeducational and support groups.
- Maintain open communication with family members, providing guidance and inviting participation in
treatment.
- Transport clients using company vehicles for appointments and activities.
Qualifications
- Peer Support Specialist Certification preferred (not required; company support provided).
- Experience in behavioral health required.
- Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
- Must qualify to be added to company car insurance (valid driver's license required).
- Ability to pass a State DHHS background screening.
- Highly compassionate with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recovery resources and community support groups.
