Front Office/Medical Assistant Float needed (PRN) for a busy pain management physician in SW Oklahoma City.
We are a small, cohesive, and happy group that focuses on working together to provide top-level medical care to our patients
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Check patients in/out
- Enter demographics
- Collect co-pays and deductibles
- Filing, preparing reports, order office supplies and other general clerical duties as assigned
- Obtain vitals, patient history and reason for visit
- Keep exam rooms clean and stocked
Required Skills
- Front office medical clinic experience is preferred
- EMR experience is a plus
- Applicant must be reliable, proactive and maintain a positive attitude
- Must work well in a team environment and exhibit a strong work ethic
- Must be willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills, be detail oriented and be able to multi-task
- High School graduate or GED required
