What You’ll Do:
- Be the warm, welcoming face that makes clients feel at home.
- Ensure a WOW experience for every client, from the moment they walk in.
- Build lifelong relationships and turn clients into raving fans.
- Follow our proven client retention process to keep them engaged.
- Film client success stories to celebrate their progress.
- Proactively generate word-of-mouth referrals from happy clients.
- Manage Google reviews to showcase our impact.
- Schedule appointments, handle reschedules, and prevent no-shows.
- Oversee all front desk admin tasks with precision.
- Handle VIP client phone line calls and texts.
- Greet everyone by name and remember details about their lives.
- Assist with purchases, upsells, and money conversations.
