Marketing and Communications Manager

The Physique Nurse is looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Community Engagement Manager to grow our luxury med spa brand both online and in the community. If you’re passionate about aesthetics, love social media, and can confidently represent a brand in real life—this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Post 3 engaging Reels weekly on Instagram and Facebook
• Create and send weekly newsletters and mass texts using Go High Level
• Use Go High Level for follow-ups, client engagement, and social campaigns
• Visit 3–5 local businesses weekly to introduce our services, deliver branded promo boxes, and build collaboration opportunities
• Track and convert social media engagement into consultations and bookings

Compensation

• $19/hour | 10–15 hours per week
• $150 bonus for every 1,000 new organic followers
• $25 bonus for every service booked from social media content or DMs
• Performance-based growth opportunities

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Know your way around Go High Level, Canva, and Instagram Reels
• Have strong writing skills for newsletters and captions
• Are outgoing, community-minded, and confident engaging with local businesses
• Have a passion for wellness, aesthetics, or luxury brands
• Are based in the Durham/Raleigh area and can attend events or pop-ups as needed
