What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Specialist position at The Piano Place LLC?
One Music Schools lesson studio is looking for someone with an upbeat personality and high energy to work with our Customer Care team in Draper, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am- 5:00 pm. Your primary focus will be answering phones to help current clients, and assisting with billing and scheduling. Come work in a fun, creative environment with a great team!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Field inbound calls from current and future customers
- Email correspondence to customers and staff
- Assist with billing changes
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Personal computer that can be brought to work
