Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
- Operate cash registers and Toast POS systems accurately for processing payments.
- Assist with banquet services as needed, ensuring timely delivery of drinks during events.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems, specifically Toast POS experience is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
