CLUB COORDINATOR
Position Overview
The Club Coordinator will have the opportunity to be part of the fastest
growing brand in the realm of all indoor pickleball clubs. The Club Coordinator
would be a leader in daily operations/programs and is vital to the success of
the company.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and messages that come into the club
- Greet and check in members for their reservations
- Assure Club is collecting all outstanding payments
- Manage programming system
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage all club operation needs
- Manage all staff needs including but not limited to payroll, training, scheduling, and hiring
- Market the club as well as the upcoming programs and events
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management position
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, and management
- Proficient in excel, word and basic computer software
- Ability to, as needed create systems to maintain structure and consistency
- Preferred customer service experience of 1 year
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to effectively and clearly explain memberships, and programming within “The Picklr.”
Salary Position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
