You will be provided a great compensation package, including a starting salary of $55,000, a metrics performance bonus up to $1,000 a month, and commission on club sales the team closes and retains. YOUR DAY AS A PICKLR MANAGER

Join us at The Picklr as a full-time Club Manager and take charge of daily operations in an exciting, fast-paced environment! From touring and selling memberships to onboarding new members and ensuring an exceptional experience every day, you'll be at the heart of our community.

In this role, you'll recruit and develop a top-tier team, training and coaching them on membership sales and outstanding service. You'll oversee club cleanliness and presentation, schedule and organize pickleball programming, and coordinate corporate events, parties, and special gatherings. As a leader, you'll guide pickleball coaches and trainers, ensuring they provide high-quality instruction while making youth programs fun and engaging.

You'll drive sales and key performance metrics, celebrating and rewarding your team for their achievements. Additionally, you'll manage product purchasing, inventory, and facility costs while spearheading local marketing initiatives and community activations to grow the brand and the sport.

To thrive as a full-time Picklr Manager, you must master the art of sales, be a world-class communicator, and excel in customer service and club operations. You'll lead and manage a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the club runs smoothly and efficiently.

Success in this role requires strong scheduling skills to manage various pickleball programs, leagues, and tournaments. You'll be goal-oriented, monitoring sales and key club metrics daily to drive growth. A Picklr Manager is a proactive problem solver, adept at handling essential HR responsibilities such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and, when necessary, making tough personnel decisions.

Additionally, you'll oversee outside sales initiatives to generate new revenue, manage product inventory and ordering, and ensure the facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
