What We're Looking For We're looking for a dynamic, personable individual with strong people skills and a positive work ethic. A thorough understanding of pickleball is essential, and a DUPR score of 3.5 or higher is required (certification is preferred). Organization, attention to detail, and experience with lesson planning are key to success in this role. Proficiency with Apple and PC technology is important for managing client communications and operational tasks. CPR and AED certification is also required.
What You'll Do In this role, you will lead weekly clinics and one-on-one sessions, delivering tailored, skill-focused lessons to players of all levels. Ensuring player safety and proper placement during activities is a top priority. You'll connect with members, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of The Picklr coaching program.
Additionally, you will help grow club revenue by selling memberships, promoting premium services, and educating players on pro-shop equipment to enhance their performance. Supporting the club's operations, such as maintaining cleanliness, assisting with membership services, and organizing events, is also an important part of your role.
