HR / Payroll / Accounts Payable / Medical Records

Resolutions Hospice is a family owned and operated Hospice that provides comfort and support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatments. We are dedicated to delivering comprehensive care and continuously exceeding the expectations of the patients and families we serve.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide Human Resources guidance, representation, and expertise on all employee-related issues
  • Coordinate all employee and payroll information
  • Perform all aspects of accounts payable management for the agency
  • Understand human resource needs for assigned agencies and provide guidance and advice on employee relations, performance management, and hiring / terminations
  • Prepare or edit employee performance or disciplinary documentation as needed
  • Advise on the application of labor and employment laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Participate in the interviewing team for all new staff
  • Provide new hire human resources onboarding and assist with orientation coordination
  • Act as a liaison with Cornerstone Resources to provide agency-specific training
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with regulations and policies
  • Process and oversee all payroll functions for assigned agency
  • Verify payment of invoices and code invoices with appropriate chart of account number
  • Prepare invoices for input and review and monitor all terms of vendor contracts
  • Communicate with suppliers / vendors concerning errors or questions on invoices
  • Prepare monthly totals of open invoices and accounts payable
