Join our team as a Team Lead at The Pink Parlor Ice Cream Store!

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team lead to join our ice cream shop team! This position is perfect for someone who loves creating a positive work environment, thrives in a fast paced setting and has a knack for leadership.

This position is responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain store standards,
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with the friendly demeanor.
• Support management in achieving sales goals, and operational targets.
• Overseas social media and work with our marketing team, to place catchy and exciting reels about our brick and mortar store and ice cream truck.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in retail food, service or team leader, leadership roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable customer experience.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
