The Planet Forward is seeking a highly skilled Site Construction Inspector to oversee and inspect multiple water project construction sites.
The successful candidate will be involved in several park-related construction projects this summer and require experience in civil, environmental, or roadway-type projects.
The role involves addressing safety concerns, reviewing and recommending change orders, and producing daily and weekly project reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and observe construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Produce daily and weekly construction project reports.
- Collaborate with contractors, trade partners, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is being completed correctly according to schedule.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in civil construction inspection.
- Experience with Viewpoint Vista or similar construction reporting software.
