As a member of our Sales Team, you'll participate in our Sales Development Training Program, which is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a Business Development Manager role.
Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying opportunities, working closely with your recruiting team, and presenting qualified candidates to clients. You'll also develop comprehensive account strategies to generate revenue and attain quota from new business development and existing clients.
Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree, experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Recruiting, and a strong desire to work in a sales environment. You should possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Our benefits package includes flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401k, life insurance, long & short-term disability, supplemental benefits, and a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000. Upon completing our training program, you'll receive a base salary of $60,000 plus a competitive commission structure based on weekly spread.
